Simple yet striking, this star shaped cartilage helix post is inspired by the unique shape of snowflakes. This 16 gauge flat backed post features a screw on starflake design decorated with a clear CZ gem and encrusted with several tiny clear mini gems. The starflake end attaches to a 6mm straight barbell made with durable 316L surgical grade stainless steel. This 4mm flat back piercing works well as a cartilage piercing.
